Rinse your rice and cook using your preferred method. To cook in a sauce pan, add just enough water to cover the rice up to your first finger joint. Simmer for about 8-10 mins until all of the visible water is gone and pockets have formed throughout the rice. Turn off the heat, and stir the rice. Place a lid on the pan and let steam for 5 mins until fluffy and ready.
