Sweet Chilli Crispy Chicken Wrap

These taste just as good as the McDonald’s alternative and are so easy, quick, and healthy to make at home!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Crush the cornflakes until you have a good mixture of fine and some that are still in bigger chunks.

45 g Cornflakes

Step 2

Add in all of the seasoning and mix around in a bowl or plate.

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Garlic granules

1/2 tsp Italian mixed herbs

1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

1/2 tsp Onion granules

1/4 tsp Ground white pepper

Step 3

Place your chicken (sliced into thin strips) into a bowl with the egg white and mix around.

200 g Raw chicken breast

1 Egg white

Step 4

One by one remove a chicken piece and place into the cornflake mixture and press down.

Step 5

Move around to fully coat and press hard into the cornflake mixture to fully coat.

Step 6

Lay down in an air fryer basket and repeat for the other tenders.

Step 7

Spray with some cooking spray and cook for 4 mins at 200°C.

Flip over and spray with some more cooking spray and cook for another 4 mins.

Step 9

Heat the wraps in a pan or in the microwave and then squirt the mayonnaise and sweet chilli in the middle and use a spoon to mix together into a saucey layer.

30 g Light mayonnaise

Step 10

Lay down the chicken tenders followed by the lettuce and cucumber slices.

1 Baby gem lettuce

1/2 Cucumber

Step 11

Fold into a wrap and serve.
